 SOMATIC BODYWORK & MINDFUL COACHING 

Experience the combined benefits of 1-to-1 Mindful Living Coaching with Somatic Bodywork. These sessions offer a unique blend of Mindful Coaching and the therapeutic relief of Somatic Bodywork, giving you both flexibility and deep support.

 

Alongside mindfulness practices and strategies tailored to your wellbeing—addressing the condition you are living with—you'll also receive a 45-minute Somatic Bodywork session. This hands-on approach helps release tension and stiffness caused by emotional or mental stress, improves mood, and boosts energy levels, among other benefits. It is a fully integrated approach where conditions manifesting in the body can be processed somatically and psychologically with the aid of relevant mindful skills.

Each 90-minute session is ideal if you live in or near Totnes. The number of sessions needed can be assessed together after the initial one, and you are free to decide how many you'd like to undertake. However, a minimum of six sessions is recommended for developing a foundation in mindful living skills and for building your motivation to integrate them into daily life, once the sessions are over.
